“Perched” is an original artwork depicting an egret resting atop a grey whale. The egret animal totem represents self determination, self reliance, balance, and bridges the heart and mind; while the grey whale symbolizes deeper awareness, rebirth, the beauty of song and dance, and emotional connection. This two unique creatures are an expression of this insight.
Created on fine art board paper, the illustration features a mixed medium of watercolors, gouache, acrylic, ink, pencil and is hand signed. A mat borders around the artwork for extra dimension.
