PAYMENT:
I accept direct checkout in my shop with all major credit cards.
Orders need to be paid at the time of purchase to ensure your item gets shipped in 3 to 5 business days. If you have not received an email receipt, it could mean your transaction didn’t process. Double check your credit card transaction history or bank account history to see if your purchase went through. Check your email spam box for your receipt. Contact me if you are having trouble at checkout.
SHIPPING:
I use USPS Ground Advantage mail. Prints, decks, cards, pins, patches and stickers are sent out in 3 to 5 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Holiday days). Please refer to the item description for shipping times on made to order prints on wood, intuitive readings or custom orders. All of my items are securely packaged to ensure safety during shipping.

*If the shipping turns out to be less expensive than you paid, I will partial refund for any overages. The partial refund takes about 3 to 5 days to see in your bank account. This is not guaranteed and depends on current costs and location.*

If you are purchasing something from out of the country, give yourself 4+ weeks to receive it. Customs can slow things down and it varies from country to country. If you are ordering custom work from me, please check your item description for your "made to order" time frame which does NOT include shipping time. * If you have not received your package in the time I have estimated, please allow a couple of weeks after the estimated date for unpredictable circumstances due to a pandemic, weather, holidays, international customs delays or other USPS delays. *

*PLEASE NOTE* - I do not offer gift wrapping services or personal notes if you are gifting this to someone. If you would like me to ask someone not to open it until a special date, I am happy to do so. Just keep it short and please note that any shipping notes are written on a simple no frills logo business stationary. Thank you!
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please let me know if you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a print, card, print on wood, deck, pin, patch or sticker. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be UNUSED, in the same condition it arrived to you and in its original sealed packaging so it can be resold. You must contact me within 5 days of delivery and ship/ postmark within 7 days of delivery to receive a return or exchange. Buyer pays for return shipping.

If you would like to see more of the deck or book, contact me and I can send a few extra pictures of more cards for you to check out.
Opening and breaking the seal to see if you like them makes it NOT returnable. My policy is that the original package seal must be intact, so asking for more pictures is really helpful for me and for you. :)
✭✭✭✭ There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on the Inner Portraits, custom work, commissioned work, made to order pieces or wholesale items.
✭✭✭✭ NO REFUNDS can be given for the Intuitive readings because of the work done in advance but your appointment can be rescheduled at a later time if you need. Contact me to reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any missed appointments without 24 hour in advance notification cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Any work I have done for your reading, will be emailed to you.* Exchanges for readings can be done only if I haven't started your reading yet.
✭✭✭✭ Scheduling Readings---> If I haven't heard from you after 2 email attempts (1 email from me a week), I will not email anymore. The intuitive readings are good for only 3 months from your purchase date so make sure you contact me and get what you paid for. Please see the product descriptions for more information and policies. ✭✭✭✭
Wholesale orders: Please pay attention to product minimums as they vary. All wholesale orders are final. No refunds or exchanges. Any wholesale orders made without paying the separate shipping invoice within a week will be cancelled.

I do wholesale and will consider consignment if the agreement is a right fit.
